I am on the way to SOS! It’s almost like there have only been three posts on this blog since the last one.

Anyway, I am in the car with my fellow Section Officers to go to the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia. This is now my second SOS, with my first SOS on Zoom. I enjoyed the last SOS, but I look forward to the opportunity for real fellowship at this one. Over the past year or so, I have had the opportunity to build more friendships in the Central Region, which is kind of why this event is bittersweet to me. With the region restructuring as part of the Magellan Plan, I know that I am going to be split up geographically from many of my friends in the CR – which is being split in half. We have already had our last two National Leadership Seminar courses of this year – where I built many of those friendships. But also through the region committee, where I have had the great opportunity of working with leaders remotely.

Well maybe I’ll put something up on Sunday or tomorrow night. Or you can just wait. 🙂
